miss d has more fun, i work and then dinner....July 18, 2007

today, miss d went and took some great photos of westminster abbey and the palace and happened upon the changing of the guard. apparently, some of the guards play instruments which is quite impressive given the large fuzzy hats and the humidty. having been in parades as youths, playing the flute, we can appreciate the hardship. when i was 7, i twirled the baton in the lagrange pet parade and it was really hot so i feel a kinship to these fellows (you can clearly see the comparison via the pics).... after work, we had a glass of wine on the terrace and thought about dinner, we ended up at this great little italian place on marylebone high street. after dinner, we headed back and decided to take a pic in front of my favorite place, la fromagerie, and then lush which is near my place in honor of seymour and the boys.... good skincare. tomorrow we are off to victoria and albert museum and kew which will be a lot of fun...and afternoon tea.

Love the parade pic! Maybe more pigtails is the way to combat troll doll hair.
